These Terms govern your use of Carry, operated by Digital Square Group ("we", "us", "our"), incorporated in Canada. By creating an account or using Carry, you agree to these Terms.
Carry is a mental load management application available on iOS and Android. Features vary by plan as described on our Pricing page.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Carry.
You agree not to use Carry to:
The Solo plan is free with no time limit. The Founder + Team plan is billed monthly at $29/month. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
You retain ownership of all content you enter into Carry. By using the app, you grant Digital Square Group a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
By adding team members to Carry, you confirm you have their consent to receive notifications from the app on your behalf.
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime beyond our reasonable control.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
To the extent permitted by Canadian law, Digital Square Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
