Carry is a product of Digital Square Group, a company registered in Canada. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

2. What data we collect

Data you provide directly

• Account information: name and email address when you register
• Content you enter: notes, delegations, and any text you type into Carry
• Team information: names and contact details of team members you add
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card details

Data collected automatically

• Device information: device type, OS version, app version
• Usage data: which features you use, frequency, crash reports
• Notification interaction data

3. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the Carry service
• To send delegation notifications to your team members on your behalf
• To process your subscription and manage billing
• To send app-related communications (updates, important notices)
• To diagnose bugs and improve performance

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with trusted service providers required to operate Carry, including cloud hosting, payment processing, and analytics. All providers are contractually bound to protect your data. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your rights (Canada — PIPEDA)

7. Data security

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

8. Children's privacy

Carry is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
