Delete your Carry account

How to permanently delete your account and associated data.

Carry is a product of Digital Square Group (Canada). You can delete your account and all associated data in either of the following ways.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (fastest)

• Open the Carry app and sign in.
• Go to Settings.
• Scroll to Delete Account and tap it.
• Confirm. Your account is closed and your data is permanently deleted.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you:

Please send from your account email and include the word "Delete" in the subject. We verify ownership before deleting.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login (email address).
• Your content in Carry — notes, tasks, delegations, and workspace/team information you created.
• Any workspace you own, together with its tasks, projects and comments.
• Your settings and profile data.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Data is removed from our active systems immediately and from backups within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records. Anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained.
